Production Time

Due to everything in our shop is handmade to order, please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be made before shipped. This wait can sometimes be longer depending on how many people in the queue ahead of you, item's complexity, and quantity.
Please note that express delivery only affects the shipping method and does not affect your place in the order queue.

Where is the workshop based? 

From 2017 to 2022 the main workshop was based in Kyiv (Ukraine). Due to russia's attack on Ukraine, part of our team was forced to leave their homes to the safe place, so now we’re working and shipping from Pyrzowice (Poland).

Do you have a stock?

We work on the principle of slow fashion. Since every item is made in-house, custom, and to order, we only cut out what is needed. We don’t produce extra stock of anything. It means custom solutions are easy! Add your personal measurements in the 'order note' during the checkout or send it to support@bleakandsleek.shop and get something just for you at no extra cost.

Time sensitive orders / Do you accept rush orders?

If your order is time sensitive, please email us at support@bleakandsleek.shop to discuss terms.

Please note that all orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and payment for express delivery does not affect your position in the queue.

How to take measurements & Choose the size?

We've spent a lot of time checking the fit on our sizing charts against others, as well as against the measurements and preferred sizes of as many customers as possible. What I've found is that your measurements will lead you to the right size about 90% of the time. The instruction how to choose your size and take measurements is here.

But since there really isn't any substitute for putting a harness on your body and feeling whether it's comfortable for you, I happily offer exchanges or resizing and will work with you after you receive your order to determine if you've got the best possible fit.

How soon will my order arrive?

Due to the ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine, all European customs  take more time as usual to process shipments and release them for further delivery.

  • Free standard shipping to the US takes 10-14 business days. 
  • Express Shipping to the US takes 5-7 business days.
  • Free standard shipping to the EU, UK takes 7-10 business days.
  • Express shipping to the EU, UK takes 3-6 business days.
  • Express Shipping to the AU, CA takes 6-9 business days.
  • Express Shipping to other countries takes 5-10 days depending on destination.

How to track my order?

You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

Free standard shipping to the US goes through two stages: from the workshop to the warehouse in the US packages go with FedEx (first tracking number). After that they transferred to the USPS for final delivery with the second tracking number.
Shopify (platform of our webshop) doesn’t allow us to attach two tracking numbers for the order, so we always provide the second (final) tracking number.
For this reason you may see a "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" status in the first week. Usually this means that your package is already on the way to the US.
If you want to track the whole way of the package, please email us and we’ll provide you both tracking numbers.

We're a super-small business, and we respond to all-inquiries within 24 hours on business days, and 48 hours on weekends and holidays.

How to Return/Exchange?

Due to the nature of handmade and crafted goods, SALES ARE FINAL (exceptions may apply). But we gladly replace/exchange items if they need to be resized. The full return/replacement guide here.

How to cancel the order?

If you'd like to cancel an order, please be sure to request cancellation within the 24 hours after the purchase date. We will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made or already shipped.

How to change the order?

You can make changes to the order within 24 hours after the purchase date. Please send a request by mail indicating the order number.

How to replace/repair?

If you would like to replace a missing part (spikes or studs) or your item has a broken part (clasp, buckle, ring) please contact us. I do not charge extra for repairing but if you ordered over 12 months.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

  • Packages to the US up to $800 USD not charged with any taxes and duties.
  • Packages to the EU and CA are not charged with any taxes and duties.
  • Packages to AU up to 1000 AUD not charged with any taxes and duties.
