Returns and Exchanges

More than anything else, we want you to be delighted with your entire Bleak&Sleek experience, from the moment you arrive on our website, through every moment you use and wear your items. 

We approach all interactions with kindness and good-intent, and expect the same from our customers.

Should you require a repair, a resize, a replacement, or be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via support@bleakandsleek.shop and we’ll make it right.

Every Bleak&Sleek piece is made to order by real people. Depending on the complexity, it takes from 3 hours to 7 days of several people’s work. Due to the nature of handmade and crafted goods, SALES ARE FINAL

Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about his/her/they personal measurements and choosing the correct size. If you have any doubts, please contact us and we will advise.

If you find out the size is wrong and the item doesn't fit you - no worries. We gladly replace/exchange items if they need to be resized.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your item due to wrong size or other issue, please contact us via support@bleakandsleek.shop first. We will send you the address of the warehouse to ship the item back. After that we'll let you know when the new item will be ready and the tracking number of the new parcel.
The buyer covers the cost of the return shipment (the warehouse for receiving return packages from the US is in the US, for EU it's in Europe, so be sure you won't have crazy bills for that shipping).

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note: we don't provide exchange one item for another.

Return or exchange (customer's choice) is possible if only the customer received the wrong item/color/defective or damaged item by our mistake. We do check for any damages before shipping, please consider this before purchase.

We don't refund:

  • used items;
  • engraved items;
  • panties harnesses due to hygiene reasons (but these items can be resized also);
  • sample sale items.

Please note:

  • we don't accept forced returns or exchanges, please don't send the items back without contacting us;
  • any packages destroyed by UPS, USPS, Fedex or any other delivery services due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded.

Attention! All returns/exchanges must be shipped to us within 14 days from the date you received your order in original packaging.

Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel an order, please be sure to request cancellation within the 24 hours after the purchase date. We will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made or already shipped.

Change order

You can make changes to the order within 24 hours after the purchase date. Please send a request by mail indicating the order number.

Replace/Repair

If you would like to replace a missing part (spikes or studs) or your item has a broken part (clasp, buckle, ring) please contact us. I do not charge extra for repairing but if you ordered over 6 months.
