Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Bleak & Sleek, we prioritize your satisfaction throughout your entire experience with us. We value kindness and good intentions in all interactions and expect the same from our customers. 

Handmade Products

Each Bleak&Sleek item is custom-made, taking 3 hours to 7 days to create. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

For any issues, including repairs, resizing, replacements, or general dissatisfaction, please contact us at support@bleakandsleek.shop. We're committed to resolving your concerns.

Sizing and Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and selecting the correct size. If you're unsure, please contact us for guidance at support@bleakandsleek.shop.

Exchanges

If an item doesn't fit, we offer free exchanges for resizing. Contact us to initiate the process. Item must be returned in original condition within 14 days of receiptPlease note: we don't offer exchanges between different items.

Exchange Process

1. Contact support@bleakandsleek.shop to request an exchange.

2. We'll provide the warehouse address for returns.

3. Ship the item back at your expense (US and EU warehouses available to minimize costs).

4. Replacement and re-delivery are at our expense. We'll notify you when the new item is ready and provide tracking information. 

Packaging Instructions

Before placing the items in the box, carefully fold them in their original bags with the buckles facing inward to minimize creases in the leather. If there are any removable items (chains, straps, lacing), pack them separately, just as they were when you received them.

Returns

IMPORTANT: Return is possible if only the customer received the wrong item/color/defective or damaged item by our mistake.

Also we do not offer refunds for:

Used items.

Engraved items.

Panties harnesses (for hygiene reasons, but can be resized).

Sample sale items.

Order Modifications

Cancellations: Request within 24 hours of purchase. Email us with your order number.  Please note: we will not cancel orders that are already in the process of being made or already shipped.

Changes: Allowed within 24 hours of purchase. Email us with your order number.

Repairs

For missing or broken parts, contact us. Repairs are free within 12 months of purchase; charges may apply after this period.
